When does the YardUp app launch?
We're launching in Tampa Bay first. The app is not on the App Store or Google Play yet — join the waitlist on the home page and we'll email you the moment it's live.
How do I find yard sales near me?
Open YardUp and either let the app use your location or type a ZIP code or city. You'll see every sale on a map with dates, hours, highlights, and photos, plus a planned route for the ones worth hitting.
What are Free Finds?
Free Finds are items people are giving away — before a sale starts. You claim them in-app, then show up at the sale time to pick them up. Fewer curb piles, less landfill, good stuff to someone who wants it.
How do I join a community or HOA sale?
Your HOA or community organizer shares an invite link or QR code. Scan or tap it and you're added to that event — you can post your own sale under it. Learn more at /c/join.
Do I have to share my location?
No. YardUp works with a denied location permission — just type a ZIP or city instead. Sale locations shown to shoppers are approximate until a sale is live, then hidden again when it ends. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Self-serve, immediate, never needing an email: in the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you don't have the app, use the web page at /account-deletion.
