Account Deletion
You can delete your YardUp account and your data yourself, immediately, without ever emailing us.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open YardUp. Go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings. Scroll to the account section.
- Tap Delete Account. Confirm once. Deletion is immediate.
This erases your profile, contact details, uploaded media, and your sales right away. The account row is anonymized — your email, name, and password become unrecoverable. Media objects are purged from storage, not just the rows.
Delete without the app (web request)
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@yardup.xyz with the subject line Delete my YardUp account and data and send it from the email address on your YardUp account. We verify the address matches an account and process the deletion. Placeholder: an automated web deletion form may replace this email flow later; this page will be updated when it does.
What gets deleted, and what stays

| Your sales and listings | Erased immediately; sale data (title, categories, dates) may remain anonymized in metrics up to 12 months, then purged |
| Purchases, entitlements, audit and moderation events | Kept only as operational and financial records; they keep a user id that no longer resolves to a person |
| Aggregate usage counters | Already contain no user identifier — nothing to delete |
| Device push tokens | Removed with the account |
